Food-Grade Calcium Chloride
This standard
is applicable to the food-grade additive calcium chloride
made from limestone and industrial hydrochloric acid. It
is mainly applied to food solidifying agent, desiccating
agent as well as feed additive.

This product
consists of white particles without unpleasant odor, and
with slight bitter taste, strong moisture-absorbing capability,
very easily air slaked, soluble in water, concurrently emitting
a large amount of heat, soluble in alcohol, acetone, acetic
acid etc.
